Innovation rarely comes from comfort

30 years in the industry taught me one thing:
💡Innovation 𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 comes from comfort.
It’s in moments of tension — disagreement, uncertainty, challenge — that breakthroughs happen. ⚡
Yet too often, leaders chase harmony and avoid the discomfort that real innovation demands.
What if we flipped the script? 🔄
→ 🗣️ Diverse opinions 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱, not silenced
→ 🔥 Debate 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱, not avoided
→ 🚀 Risk seen as a stepping stone, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 a threat
Tension 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 the enemy — it’s the unsung hero of innovation. 🎯
But it takes leaders willing to lean into the discomfort, not run from it.
